Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Several Fulmer GenForum messages hint that all Fulmers are related whether spelled Fulmer, Fullmer, Follmer, Vollmar. Do you find some truth to that?

We are looking for the ancestors of Jacob Wilson Fulmer b. 1817 d. 1895, m. Elizabeth "Polly" Wheeler b. 1820, d. 1892. Their daugther Elizabeth was b. 1849 in E. Hanover, Leb. Co., Pa. & d. 1926 in Fredericksburg, Leb Co., Pa. She married Jacob Paine in 1869 at the Tabor Reformed Church in Leb. Pa.

Jacob Paine & Elizabeth Fulmer had just 2 children -
1 - Frank Fulmer Paine b. 1869 in Fredericksburg, Pa m. Elizabeth "Lizzie" Killian (d/o George F. Killian m. Rebecca McGill)
2 - Lucetta Paine b. 1874 m. Adam Ulrich.

Since Jacob Fulmer's middle name was Wilson, one would have to wonder if his father married a Wilson?

Are you familiar with an alliance such as this?

Would appreciate receiving a copy of the GEDCOM you mention. These Fullmers/Fulmers sure are tricky to try and sort out!

Thanks!
