Diane,
This is the first reference I have seen to the Fullmer's that I am studying. William J. Fullmer B:@1868 Clarion County,PA, appears to be the son of George and Hannah Fullmer, (perhaps the Hannah Barger you referred to?)
He seems to have a sister Elizabeth B:@1874. There are other children, Oliver B:@1865, Mary E. B:1871, Allice M. B:1876, and Lewis F. B:1879.

In 1880 George Fullmer's sister Mary River B:1845 and her son Charles Ball? B:1879 are also living with George in Richland, Clarion County, PA.

Do you have further information on this family yet? I would love to know where these folks went when they left Clarion County.

Thanks,
Carolyn
