Teresa,

I haven't fully researched Wilkins Fulwood (or Fullwood) yet , but I feel that he is the same Wilkins in your ancestry. You mention that his daughter Drucilla married a George Hunter. What I do know of him is that in 1850 Wilkins was living with George Hunter and family.

The 1830 Census shows Wilkins, over 50 with wife age 30-40, 1 boy 20-30, 2 girls under 5, 2 girls 5-10, 1 girl 15-20.

I don't know about Drucilla being born in Atlanta. I would suspect she was born elsewhere. I've not seen any indication that he was ever in Atlanta, but again, I have not fully researched Wilkins and his family. We do know that he settled in Ware County 1824, between Fairfax and Millwood. He is buried in Fullwood Cemetery near Friendship Church according to the book History of Ware County.
