Emberson Fultz/Imberson Fultz "Imp"

My great great grandfather William F. Lilbourn "Lib" Fultz md. 2nd a woman named Mary Jane Sisco. Mary Jane Sisco had 3 perhaps 4 children by James Monroe Binam, when she married Lib Fultz.

The youngest child was Emberson "Imp" Fultz born circa 1870 in Carroll County, Arkansas. It is unclear at this moment of Emberson Fultz was a son of James Monroe Binam or a son Mary Jane Sisco had by Lib Fultz.

Emberson Fultz was arrested and sent to prison for horse stealing. He claimed that a man hired him to deliver some horses that turned out to have been stolen. A posse swooped down on him soon after he received the horses and arrested him.

While in prison, Emberson Fultz fainted and fell into a bon fire in the prison courtyard. Emberson Fultz was supposed to have been badly burned.

He is said to have married and had a large fire. My great aunt, Ruth (Binam) Fultz said she believed that "Uncle Imp died in Illinois".

Does anyone know anything about Emberson "Imp" Fultz and his descendants?
