About Obediah Fultz. Richard Wilburn signed on a surety for Obediah Fultz and Martha Blankenship in marry in 1787 in Bedford Co VA...

The relationship with the Wilburns and Fultz families continued into Carter KY...I believe there was a kinship between the Fultz and Scott families in both VA and Carter KY...There was a kinship between Gabriel Scott and Richard Wilburn in Bedford VA...and also in Carter KY...

I suspect that Gabriel Scott and Gabriel Fultz were kin.
Well, I know they were, but just how..dunno?

Anyhow, this line is of interest to me since I am seeking clues to Richard Wilburn...

My hunch is that Gabriel Scott descends from the Scott families that came out of Balitmore Co MD c 1730...And and Aquilla Scott who was born about that time...

I have so many missing pieces that make it impossible for me to show direct links...but I know they exist due to the threads.
