Hi,
I have a Fredric Emmitt Fultz b 25 Feb 1862 Jackson Co., IN d 22 Jul 1945 Pittsburgh, Crawford Co., MO buried Highland Park Cemetery. According to his obituary, he spent his boyhood in Dallas Co., MO. He was a carpenter, and a member of the Methodist Church at Buffalo, MO. I don't have a wife listed for him. His surviving children are listed as Robert Franklin Fultz of Mobile, AL; John Fultz of Ventura, CA; and Vey Fultz Dobson of Seattle, WA. A son Emmitt Fultz predeceased him. Emmitt's widow was named Rosa, and Fred was staying with her when he died.

Contact me offsite if you think this is your Fred E. Fultz. I don't have anything more on his children except what I found in the obit, but I do have his ancestors.

Arlene
