I think we're researching the same family.
I am searching for a WILLIAM FOLTZ (Fultz / Faltz), born in Page County, Virginia.
William Fultz married MARY "Pollie" KIBLER on November 17, 1848, Page Co., VA.
Mary "Polly" Kibler was born 1/27/1829 in Page Co., VA.
I found Mary "Pollie" Kibler-Faltz in the 1880 Wade, Jasper County, Illinois Census:
Pollie Faltz, b.1829, VA, age 51, Widow, Parents b.VA
Luther Faltz, son, b.1853, IL, age 27, Single, Parents b.VA
Dora A. Faltz, dau., b.1865, IL, age 15
Cora Faltz, dau., b.1867, IL, age 13
There are quite a few FALTZ families living in Jasper Co., IL in the 1880 Census, and one KIBLER family living next door to the Faltz's, namely FRANK KIBLER, b.1835, VA and wife, EUNICE KIBLER, b.1836,IN, and children, WILLIAM H., MARY J., JAMES P., ELIZA A., and MISSOURI A.).
Seems your Elizabeth Ann Kibler could be a sister to my Mary "Pollie" Kibler...and possibly your James Fultz was brother to my William Fultz???
Do you have anything that would lead me in the right direction?
