Info on James T. Funderburk and Hattie White Funderburk

I am kinda new to this...I am a 25 year old who is displeased about the amount of my family's history that was included in a program from a "family reunion" that I just attended. This has prompted me to do some research on my family's history. From what I know...My Great, great, great grandmother was name Hattie White who married James T. Funderburk. James parents were descendants from the Cherokee and Iroquoian people located in South Carolina (Lancaster from what I understand). James and Hattie married in 1893 and had 13 children, Henretta, Martha, James, Ernest, Samuel, Alvania, Dolly, Julia, Dianah, Horace, Eliza, and Mary Frances.. this is all that I know. If anyone has any information that they would like to share, I would love to know all details of my family's history
