I have a Maria FURNER born in Udimore, Sussex, apx 1786, who married George HIGHWOOD in Wittersham, Kent in 1808.
Her birth details were taken from 1851 Census of Brookland, Kent. The marriage info was copied from the Wittersham Parish Register.
A number of sources seem to think her maiden name is TURNER and has been recorded as such. Can anyone confirm that her name is Maria FURNER, or provide any other details ?
