No, I don't believe so. My uncle Maurice had three brothers,
Sevan, who was my father, and Marius and Clement. He had two sisters, one named Elta and one named Eldie. He was born
right around 1901 or so, a year or two before my father.
Does that eliminate him?

I am sure that all Fuseliers and Fusiliers are related because I have seen nothing to indicate that the name came to the New World except with with Gabriel Fuselier de La Claire in the mid 1700's. His two families with two different wives
seem to account for all of us.
