There is a william GFusslisted on the Chevoit, Hamilton County Ohio 1930 census. As William was married in Cincinnatti, which is also in Hamilton county, I believe this census record is his.Therecord lists:
John A Fuss 40 b. Ohio father born in Germany
Bessie b. Kentucky
Charles 17 b.Ohio
Richard 15 b,ohio
Wm G 8 b.Ohio

Military records show this Wlliam G Fuss to have been born in 1921 and to have fought in WW11 as well as Korea. William enlisted in WW11 on Feb. 26 1946 in Louisville, KY.
