Hello Linda: Let me start off by saying Jessie was a "Cape", she was married to a "Jett" before she married your Huddleston. Just who that Jett was I can not recall at this time, but will look and see if I can find it in my records. Here is what I do have on Jessie Cape: Parents: John M. Cape, born: March 3, 1863, Died: November 30, 1889, he is Burried in the Belton Methodist Church Cemetery, in Lula, Georgia. (He was laid to rest right beside his father, Merriman Cape). John's wife was: Amanda Penelope Wallace, Born: January 3, 1864, Maysville, Georgia, Died: March 4, 1919. Children: Florence Lenore Cape, Jessie Beatina Cape, Born: Anniston, Alabama, Died: Toledo, Ohio. I have no dates for her birth or death. I do not know where she was burried. I was at the cemetery in Lula, Georgia and she is not beside her husband. I hope this helps you in some small way. If you need any other information on the Cape line, let me know. I do have one question for you if you do not mind. Is there a photo of Jessie & Robert that you may like to share? I'm trying to find photos of all of my kin for my family history book.
