Did you mean the Carroll County Genealogical Quarterly? In the Fall, 1997 issue, page 99, there is an abstract from the 19 November 1880 issue of the Carroll County Times (newspaper, no page number given): "Departed this life on the 13th of November 1880, little Julia Cornette Lela, infant daughter of H.N. and N.Z. Timmons. God permitted her to live on earth 3 months and 18 days...... ." That is all the abstractor furnished.
This may be the family enumerated in the 1880 Carroll County census as Henry N. Timmons w m 21 farmer; Nancy E. wife w f 26; Nary A.F. daughter w f 1. Enumerated next door to William J.C. Timmons w m 54 farmer; Elizabeth A. w f wife 53 + 3 children.
Henry N. Timmons and Nannie Crafford (sp?) married 7/22/1877. The license was issued in Carroll County and recorded in marriage book K, page 506.
