James H Norman 1846-1934 b. Carroll Co. GA

I am trying to find James H Norman and Caroline F Norman listed on the Carroll County Census in 1870. He was born in aabt 1846 and she was born about the same time. I would like to find their marriage license info to find out what her maiden name was. I also found a James H norman that had fought in the civil war in Carroll County. I have tried to find this info for several years. My father said his grandmother received a widows pension but I have never been able to document this. they both died in Taylor Co. Texas in 1934 and 1936. Any help would be appreciated.
