Would anyone have information on the following submission in my notes on Deberah S. Chapman? I would love to get hold of a copy of this article.
"The Georgia Black Book" Vol 1 by Robert Scott Davis Jr. states that "in Carroll Co on the 28th Dec last, Deborah S Chapman was murdered by Thomas D Wallis in Carroll City, GA on 12/28/1857". Issue: 6/12/1858.
