Looking for information about the parents and siblings of Thomas Jones, b. 1799 in Georgia who resided with his family in the 1860 census in Summerville, Chattooga Co, GA. He and his wife Fewely (maybe Faribe?) had 3 children in 1860; Jane,age 2, Thomas, age 5, and Walter (baby). Thomas was over 20 years older than his wife. In the 1860 census they move next door to Calhoun, Gordon Co, GA. In that census he is listed as John J. and his wife is Faribe.
More children are: Susan E., John H, Joel, and Julian.
Thomas states in both censuses he was born in Georgia. Daughter Susan E. marries John H. Austin.
Can anyone help with the parents of either Thomas Jones or his wife? Many thanks!
