Among my grandmother's things was a studio photo of a young woman whom I cannot place. On the back, someone has written Sewell (Roswell Ga), 1894. She appears to be in her early teens.
I don't know if Sewell was a first or last name, though I have a dim memory of a person named Sue Ellen or Sewellen.
I assume Roswell is where she lived, though perhaps the photo was just taken there. Does anyone have an idea?
