Early Co. Land Grant

Would anyone be willing to look for a record in the Early County courthouse for me? I will be happy to pay your expenses or perhaps make a donation to a charity of your choice. If no one can do that, maybe someone could tell me how to look for the record. I live in NW Ga, so I can visit Early County, but I need to know if what I am looking for is likely to be found there first.

My ancestor drew land in the 1820 Land Lottery, and the land was granted 1837. He was a Revolutionary Soldier, and this Land Lottery record is my proof of that for the DAR. The problem is that he died in Alabama in 1827, so the DAR has requested that I find if someone else took up the land grant for him in 1837. The record shows that Land Lot #250 of the 11th District Early County, Ga containing 250 acres was granted to Thomas Loving, Rev. Sol. on Dec 22, 1837. The grant is registered in Grant Book Early County 11-12, page 158. I am not clear if that Grant Book is a record in Early County or if it is in the State Department or Archives in Atlanta. Thank you very much, Larealia Camp
