Would like to find descendant of Thomas and/or Green Long who appear in 1860 Fannin county census. Green then appears in Cherokee NC in 1870. I can't locate Thomas after 1860.
Thomas was married to Caroline Hall in Blount county, TN June 9, 1858, but his wife in 1860 is listed as Sarah. He had children: John age 4 and George, age 2, born in Georgia.
Green Long married Esther/Easter Baker Oct. 4, 1858 in Blount county, TN. In 1870 he had children: Margaret, age 10, George, age 5, Mary, age 2, and Alexander a few months old.
