Is there any one that could tell me who James G. Morris, father and mother were, he married first a Callaway, end Ward....1870 Census list him as 25 years old with a few children, one was my GGG Grandfather Francis Marion Morris, I think another son was listed as William Morris, his son Francis Marion Morris married my GG Grandmother Amanda Mann, daughter of William A. Mann of S.C..Ala. and Fayette county Ga...Francis Marion Morris and Amanda Mann, farm is not Chappell Farm near Antioch Baptist Church, I have a feeling that this farm may have at one time been James G. Morris farm, and I think James G. Morris and his family may have had Coweta County connections, I don't have any information pointing to Coweta, just a hunch, andy information would be greatly appreciated.
