Is there anyone out there that has family buried at Hopewell cemetery? It is in bad need of upkeep. Is there anyone willing to help? The church claims they do not have any connection with the cemetery-the city claims they have no connection with the cemetery. Who does? can anyone tell me? This is very disturbing to me that this old cemetery is just left to die in the weeds due to lack of care. What has happened to us? I am shocked. Do we need to get a cemetery assn. going? email sdholland@mindspring.com and we will talk.
