E.D. LEWIS was born approx. 1805 in VA. His wife, Jane _____ was born approx. 1813 in NC. Their children: Cate (Kate) LEWIS was born 1854 and Nannie (Nancy) LEWIS was born Feb. 21, 1857 in Gilmer Cty., Ellijay, GA.

They moved to Weatherford, Tx. Cate (Kate) LEWIS married W.S. IKARD of Clay Cty, Henrietta, Tx. Nannie (Nancy) LEWIS married Samuel M. SEARS of Clay Cty.,Henrietta, Tx.
