John, I do not know who the parents of Richard Walden are, but I can tell you that the Mary Wilcher he married was my grandmother, Naomi Logue's, aunt or great aunt. Naomi Logue's Mother was Naomi Wilcher. Naomi Wilcher was the daughter of William G. Wilcher and Nancy Grace. William G. was a son of Jeremiah Wilcher, Sr. So as you can see, if you're a descendant of Richard Walden, you are a cousin to me by the marriage of Richard to Mary Wilcher. I do have some information on the Wilchers that I will share if you are interested. Also, I would like any information you might have on Richard Walden and Mary Wilcher's descendants and ancestors.
