Can anyone tell me anything about the Jessie Bryan that appears on the 1830 Greene County census with a male child under 5 ? A bible entry tells me that the father of my great grandfather, William Capus Bryan, born abt 1827 in Ga, was named Jessie and that his mother's name was Julia. There are four Jessie Bryan(t)'s on the 1830 Georgia census, so I am trying to find about each of them. Does the name, Capus, mean anything to anyone for this time period in Greene County ?
