Norris Finley was b ca 1821 in Ga. He married Margaret "Peggy" Hall ca 1845. He lived in Izard Co Ark in 1850. He had 5 children; Malinda b ca 1847, William Thomas b 1850, George Washington b 1852, Mary b 1854 and Mandy E b 1856 in Ark. They were on 1860 census of Fannin Co Tex except Margaret who died ca 1858/9. During the civil war, Norris died leaving 5 orphaned children. Who were Norris Finley's parents.
