Somehow the will of James B Nicholson has been transcribed incorrectly. The "Paines" should be James. Other "P's" also should be J. Here is the correct will. Greene Co Ga Will Book G March 1852 Will of "Paines B" (should be James B) Nickelson. === Wm M Martin of the city of Charleston, SC all my property both real and personal and mixed in trust for the following purposes: To hold for education and maintance of my children until they arrive at age or marry, to receive 1/6 part of my estate. To daughters 1/6 part free from control of any husbands. When either of my sons arrive at age 21, they are to receive 1/6 part absolutely free and discharged from any trust whatsoever. To wife ANN MARIE NICKELSON to be supported buring her naturla lifetime or widowhood, her 1/6 part divided equally between my children. I allow a comfortable support for my sister Marie C Suydan so long as she remains a member of the family of WILLIAM M. MARTIN. AUNT PULIA (should be Julia) E. Grimes to have a home with my family at my house during her lifetime. The merchant firm of Nickelson and Shannon to be dissolved at my death, wound up and settled as soon as possible.
