We are looking for information on Henry T. Lundy. He is listed on his daughter's death certificate as her father. She was Amanda Elizabeth Lundy, b. March 20, 1846. According to oral family tradition she was living in an orphanage (remembered by her grandson as DeLoach Orphanage) in Greene CO, GA when she went to Upson CO, GA to live in the home of John Miles Stewart Greene and his frail wife, Anna Bell Cherry. She cared for Anna Bell before her death and promised Anna Bell that she would marry her husband, John Greene, when Anna Bell died. Amanda's mother is not named on the death certificate. John and Amanda were married Jan. 21, 1879 at Hendricks Church in Upson CO, GA. Could he possibly be one of those Lundys buried at Liberty United Methodist Church?
