I saw your offer to do land lookups in Greene co Ga. Would you se if there was an Echols/Eckles that owned land in Greene co Ga in the 1790's? Jane Echols married Solomon Ray in 1796 in Wilkes co Ga and I am trying to find who her parents were. Solomon Ray,son of George ray, lived in the area where Wilkes,Greene and Oglethorpe co Ga joined. I know the borders changed about that time. George Ray owned land on Sandy Creek but I can not find a Sandy Creek in Wilkes co Ga. Maybe it was in greene co Ga. I know most of the time men usually found a wife close to where they llived. Maybe Jane Echol's parents lived in Greene co Ga. The land where Solomon Ray lived is now in Talliferro co Ga. Thanks
