A Thomas Grimes b1760 d 1816, exec was Jesse Grimes, this exec could have been the Jesse that went to Tx,Son of Sampson, or was the Exec. a brother of Thomas ?? there is a Jesse that d 1818 in Jackson , Co., ,
Here is what someone put in the LDS files on a Jesse Grimes. A Jesse b ca1808 in Greene Co, he married Rhoda Bates 11/2/1833 Greene Co., What happen to this family??
Jesse Grimes(Tx fame) m Martha Smith <1816> in Greene Co. son Albert Calvin was born 12/20/1817 Greene Co. this Jesse went to Washington Co., Al than on to Tx.
