Thanks for the information.
I think I can account for three of his children.
Mary Elizabeth the oldest married my husband's Great Grandfather Jabel Bell in Franklin county--Martha E married Lewis Jasper Collins also Franklin, now Stephens county and Willis married Sarah Collins sister to Lewis Jasper. I found Willis on the 1900 census for Habersham now Stephens county and his Dad is living with him. Can't find any of them after the 1900 census.

If anyone has access to the Hart county marriage records I would love to know if the other children married in Hart county. John born about 1856---Anna born about 1858---Asa C. born about 1859----Jane born abt. 1860---Frances L born about 1865. With the info you sent I now know they were in Hart county through 1880.
