Thank you for the info. Unfortunately my local library will not "exchange" this particular book. Reason unknown. The Salt Lake Family History Library supposedly has a copy and I will try to get a look at it sometime this month. I have attempted to reach the SRVGS website to request a copy of the book, but it is apparently not functioning. Do you have a physical address for the SRVGS that I could write to?
