Bowersville

Can anyone tell me if Bowersville PO in Hall District, Hart County (on 1860 census) was the same location as District 32 of Franklin Co., GA on 1850 census? I know that Hart county was created out of Franklin County, so think the C.W./Sarah A. Cheek family lived in the same place, just the county names changed. I'd love to come visit the approximate spot that James Alexander Cheek lived there in Bowersville, but wonder if anyone could help me locate just exactly where that might have been based on the census data alone (or are any old land recors available from that Time period? I doubt it.
