I am sending you what I have on the thompson's Let me know what you think I know how hard it is to try and find a family I have been look for this one for 15yr now with very little luck. This Thompson family was also in S. C. Ga., Al., & Texas. do you think your family might be the same group of Thompson’s. I would really like to have any information you might have on the Thompson’s some where out there someone has to be a part of this family. I found them in the census for Heard Co. Ga. Post Office Franklin Ga. dwelling # 884 Family 836 Thompson Edmund 52 m w farming born in Ga. Frances J. 35 f w housekeeping Ga. Ella 1858 age 12 Millie 1859 age 11 Parthenca 1860 age 9 Edwin 1862 age 7 Samuel 1865 age 5 Jerry Jackson 1869 age 5/12 Jerry Jackson Thompson is my grandfather on dad's side of the family. Jerry married Manary connected to the McInnish or McKinish family. I have found nothing on any of them. I would also like to know if Frances J. is the Doughter of the Berryhill Family next door and was she Edmund’s second wife. Jerry and Manary had three children that I know of Louise b 1890 in Al. d1971 in Mich. William Jackson b 1894 d1974 (this is my father) born in Al died in Al Daniel Webster b 1896 in Texas d 1973 in Mich. These children were raised by an aunt Susie McInnish in Randalph co. Al. They were in the 1910 Randalph co. Al. census with her. Their mother and father Jerry and Manary died in or near Rose Bud Texas between 1896 and 1905. I just can’t find any of this family thought maybe if I found one of their relatives they might know something about them. Thanks Trixie Luverne (Thompson) Gibbons. I also have e-mail tigib@aol.com
