I recently found this entry from the Newnan Co Herald July 1910:

Heard County GaArchives News.....Moseley, Ned to attend Old Soldier's Reunion (34-K)
"The Newnan Herald And Advertiser" : Newnan, Coweta Co., Georgia NEWSPAPER Issue of Friday, July 22, 1910 WELCOME News July 20th "Uncle" Ned Moseley who is now making his home with his daughter Mrs. K.B. Lenderman, left Saturday to visit another daughter, Mrs. Will Hardegree in Heard county and will attend the old soldier's reunion at Centralhatchee on the 20th and 21st inst.

Uncle Ned is Edward Mosley who was a Sargeant in 34-K. His daughter is Mrs Bettie Hardegree who has been named in the picture. I believe this picture was probably taken in 1910 as Edward died in 1911. His daughter probably would not have attended the reunion after his death. The clothing more closely matches a 1910 time frame than a 1920 or after. The gentleman next to Bettie has been identified as R. Jackson. I'm wondering if it is not her father Edward Mosely instead.
