Use th above link. It will take you to a page that is part of the Ga GenWeb project. At the bottom are specific articles and subscription dates if you want to browse. At the top is a link for a search engine (click here if you want to search.....) That will take you to a page where you can enter county, type of record (choose newspaper from drop down box) and key word to search. If you put in a surname it will pull up all the articles containing that surname that are in the data base.
Good luck. I found some really interesting articles about life in Heard Co. just by browsing.
