Trying to find my sisters, Patricia, Kathy, Diane, "Jack & Rose" kids.

Looking for Patricia, Kathy and Diane (not sure of spelling). They were born in the 50's in Provo Utah.
There dads name was William Joe Heard "Jack" and Margie Rosella Nielson "Rose".
My sisters and I are trying to find them. Our dad Jack died in Walla Walla Wash. on Oct 31, 1969.
We are trying to find any family that might know where they are.
