Isaiah Sanders/Saunders or son-in-law James Randolph

I am looking for information on Isaiah/Isaah Sanders, or perhaps Saunders, who lived in Henry County around 1830. His daughter Nancy married James Randolph on April 5, 1832 in Henry County. Isaiah and the Randolphs moved to Chattooga County and then on to Tishomingo County, Misissippi. I know nothing about Isaiah other than information gleaned from subsequent censuses: born about 1788 in Virginia. First wife not known, subsequent wife in Mississippi was named Nancy.

Does anyone know who the parents of Isaiah could be or who his children might be?
