Would anyone have a tax digest or deed record book that would show a George Ray who owned land in Henry co Ga in the 1820's and also a John Ray who was paying taxes on the land in the George Ray estate in 1831? John Ray and George Ray were probaly related since John Ray was paying the taxes on the land in Henry co Ga and other counties that was in the George Ray estate in 1831. I am trying to find which George Ray this was that had died by 1831 to try and verify if this George Ray was my ancestor and to try and determine if George Ray and John Ray were related. Thanks
