Thanks for the information. I wonder if your Isaiah is the son of the Isaiah I am looking for? My Isaiah was born 1790-1800. He lived in Henry County, Georgia before moving to Chattooga County and then on to Mississippi. A supposed-daughter of Isaiah, Nancy, married James Randolph in Henry County in 1832. James and Nancy died in Hopkins County, Texas. Wonder how close that is to Cass and Hunt counties?

In the 1850 census, there is an Isah Sanders living in Summerville, Chattooga County, Georgia. He was 55, a mechanic, with value of real property $1,300, and shown as being born in Georgia.

n 1860, Isaah Sanders, age 72, born in Virginia, real property worth $2,000, was living in Tishomingo County,
Mississippi, with a wife, Nancy, age 50. I have a copy of an executor's bond for Isaiah's estate in 1863 in Tishomingo County.
