Pullin DNA Volunteer

Hi, I belong to the Pullen Family DNA project at Family Tree DNA site. My gg-gdf was Elisha Pullen b.1781. He moved to Wilkes Co. as a small boy. We believe he could be a brother to Elijah Pullen b. 1778. Sometime in the 1820s Elijah moved to Henry Co. My Elisha moved to Maury Co., TN, about 1808. I have copies of deeds for Elijah and Elisha from Wilkes Co. where they were buying and selling land to each other.

We would love to have a direct male descendant of Elijah Pullin to volunteer a DNA sample in order to prove blood relationship. It is a very simple process and the cost is discounted if you request a DNA kit from our family project page. The address is: http://www.familytreedna.com/public/pullin
The instructions are at this sight and very simple to follow. We really hope someone will participate because our male desendant for Elisha has an exact DNA match with the Gardners of Henry Co.
As a reminder the Pullin Cemetery in Henry Co. is on Gardner Parkway. Very interesting turn of events. Please give this some serious thought and encourage a direct Pullin male to submit a DNA sample. It could prove to be invaluable.

I've tried to locate Jay Pullin, a descendant of Elijah's but have failed to make contact. I know he moved from Henry Co. about 2 years ago to a county nearer to Wilkes.
If any of you know him, I'm quite sure he would be willing to participate. Many Many thanks in advanced.

Pat Cribbet
