need look-up for land lot? could someone help???

I'm researching John Farmer who resided (1830-1864) in Henry/Clayton Co. He owned Land Lot 145, 12th dist. in Clayton Co. I know Clayton Co. was a part of Henry Co. Did the land lot(s) remain the same number when the counties changed??

I am looking for help on how John Farmer obtain this land. He was in every Henry Co. census starting in 1830. then was located in Clayton Co. in 1860.

Does anyone offer look-ups when they go to the Herny Co. courthouse? Your time would be much appreciated.
