December 1847, Jackson Couny, Alabama, was the daughter of Levi ISBELL, b. 1820-1825, Tennessee and his wife, Margaret [Margret], b. 1828, Tennessee. George Washington Waddy THOMPSON and his wife, Sarah J. ISBELL lived in Jackson County, Alabama, for the majority of their married lives; by 1900 nine children had been born of this marriage and three were living: Mary C. THOMPSON, 29, b.
