I am from the area. what I have always been told is, Mulberry was a train stop on Hwy 53 north of Winder, Ga. There was a business that everyone called "Allens" store.
if you can locate an old map(Jackson county Ga genealogy on rootsweb.com can give you that link) you can see where Mulberry was. And I believe it may be on some current maps too. However, Bethabra church is located on hwy 211, maybe northwest of Mulberry, but not far from Mulberry. and if I recall correctly, Bethabra was originally on Countyline road which runs from Hwy 211 and ends at hwy 53 where Mulberry station was located. hope this helps. Also, there are some very old graves at the old location of Bethabra church on Countyline road, too.
