You are right. The Neal family is Betty Coley (His Sister), who married Jessie Neal. Will be looking closer at Ga. now that relatives seem to have been in NC and SC and ended up west. They must have traveled through Ga.?After a Court Hearing one time back in 2000, the Attorney on the other side came up and said his wife's family name was Coley and they were from Ga. Who knows?
