Riceville, Fulton Co., GA Williams Family

Does anyone know what township Riceville, Fulton Co., GA was in? Riceville is probably a dead town, that was in existance in until the late 1930's.
Trying to locate the family of Benjamin/Bennie Williams that may have beeen born there in 1902.
Any help is most appreciated.
