Researching Rider and Garner families in Lumpkin, Jackson, Hall, Wilkes & Chatham counties GA. Looking for information about James Floyd Rider's and wife, Ina Missouri Garner Rider's parents & ancestry. James Floyd's parents were James W.[William] Rider & Nancy Lou [Lnu]; need her maiden name. Family history says she was native american. Need to know if James W. was the son of Joseph [E.?] Rider & Alpha [A.?] Free. We know Ina Missouri Garner Rider's parents were George Sephus Garner & Cynthia M. [Lnu]; need her maiden name. George Sephus's parents were James M. Garner & Sarah A. [E.?][Brooks] Garner; need to know if Sarah A.'s maiden name was Brooks & if so who were her parents(both buried in Ebenezer Baptist Church cemetery in Jackson Co., GA. Was James M. Garner's parents Martin Green Garner & Matilda Tait? Would appreciate any help confirming their lineage or any other info you might have about the Riders & Garners. I would be glad to share what I have.
