Searching for my family's history

I'm looking for the Tolbert Family from Madison, Georgia. This would be on my fathers side. His name was Roy L. Tolbert, born in 1904, Georgia. I believe his mothers name was Emma or Cora. I remember him mentioning a brother William. Maybe a sister named Sara. I also think that some members may have migrated to Illinois. We are of African American descent.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
