I have new information that the Tolbert family that I'm searching for may be from Morgan, Georgia.

Family members may have included Leroy Tolbert, Emma (Shepard) Tolbert the parents and, Lisse, Dennis, Leroy Jr, Usher, Lucy may be have been child

These Particular names are from the early 1900's. Again, I'm from African American descent.
