Dock White & Jennie Smith White (Est. DOB 1870) GA, AL or TX

According to Social Security Application, Dock White & Jennie Smith are the parents of my grandfather Thomas Franklin White (Sep 8, 1889 - Mar 27, 1969), which was born in Heflin, Cleburne, Alabama. I'm not sure where Dock and Jennie were born, but I believe in this line we have AL, GA, TX, SC & KY connections. The date of birth on Dock & Jennie is a guess from my grandfathers birthdate. If anyone has connections with either of the people mentioned, please contact me. Race is white.

Thomas Kerwin--once you worked on Thomas Franklin White for me and you nor I turned up anything! Since then I've found out his parents names and the correct city of birth!
