Seeking information on Sarah PINSON and her husband Hiram THOMAS of Oglethorpe Co, GA.
Sarah was born in 1806 in Halifax Co., VA.
No information on Hiram (may be William Hiram Thomas).
Married March 14, 1831 in Oglethorpe Co. Had five children: Joseph Boyd,b.1832 -m.Mary Elizabeth Rylant; Theresa Jane,b.1833 -m.Henry Jackson Rylant; Mary,b.1834; Ezariah M.,b.1836 -m.Mary Jane Ogletree; William Hiram,b.1837. Sarah's parents were Boyd Pinson and Jane Tuck. Sarah, her blind brother and her four children were in Coosa County Alabama in 1840 census (along with other Pinson relatives).
Her husband Hiram Thomas has not been found. Did he die in the Indian Wars, fall ill and die, or simply walk away.
Any additional information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
